What will this session give you?

  • A new understanding of time

    You will gain a clear understanding of how many hours you really have each week and how you can use them more effectively. Over-scheduling is a common cause of overwhelm and frustration. I will help you to get the important stuff done in a way that feels achievable and leaves space for flexibility on those days where 'life' happens. You will leave the session feeling organised and back in control of your time.

  • A structure and plan for your week

    Together, we will create a bespoke time-blocked schedule that balances work, family, hobbies, self-care and everything else that you WANT in your life. You will walk away with a clear structured plan for your week that allows you to be the best version of you in all areas of your life without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Clarity on what matters to you the most right now

    Life shouldn't be one big block of work or responsibility. A happy and fulfilling life is made up of more than one container. We will look at the areas that make up your life... things like career, family, self-care and hobbies. We will figure out what great looks like for each one and how they can all work together. By seeing these as separate pieces that together make up the jigsaw of your week, you will learn how to prioritise them without feeling guilty or overwhelmed

What do we do in the 90 Minute Session?

Step One

We will review where you are now, what feels good and what needs to go . Once we know where we are starting from we can get stuck in and create your intentionally planned and prioritised week

Step Two

I will introduce you to my 168 plan and show you how it is going to put you back in control of your week. You will learn how to prioritise your calendar so that your time and energy is going into the things that matter most. I am going to show you that you DO have enough time and you do not need to end each day exhausted wishing for more hours in the day

Step Three

Together we are going to figure out what your current life containers are. and what the priority or goal is for each one. When each one of these containers has the time and attention it deserves, you feel happy, fulfilled and balanced.  My 'life containers' approach to planning helps you to stay focused and reduce distractions that eat up your valuable time.

Step Four

We will create a bespoke plan for your week . We will schedule time for essential day to day stuff, your non-negotiable commitments and we will make sure that each container has its own dedicated time. The end result will be a week that includes time for all the important areas that make up your life without leaving you feeling overscheduled, too restricted or overwhelmed.

Step Five

We will finish the session by reviewing your time-blocked schedule to make sure that it feels right. We will look at any challenges that you feel might pop up and look at ways to overcome them or avoid them completely.

My name is Natalie.

I am a productivity and lifestyle coach. I work with successful women, just like you, who feel like their career or business has taken over their lives.

 From the outside, you are achieving success but inside you are struggling to balance that with living a fulfilling personal life. You have forgotten what it feels like to have the time and energy to truly enjoy life outside of your to-do list.

I started my working life in financial services and worked my way up to being a qualified mortgage consultant. I have been running my own business for 25 years which started with setting up and running a cleaning company for 18 years, I ran a network marketing business for 12 years and I own & look after 4 rental properties so I totally understand the challenges of juggling a career with trying to maintain a fulfilling personal life as well. 

Nowadays my happiest of happy places is walking on the sand listening to the waves and I am normally followed very closely by a super cute red Labrador whose name is Jasper!
